What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges vary based on your location and order size, and will be calculated automatically at checkout.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Standard domestic shipping within Canada typically takes 3–10 business days, while international shipping timelines vary by destination country and customs. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
What if my package is lost or misplaced?
Once a shipping carrier picks up your package, the delivery becomes their responsibility. However, we are always here to help! If your package appears lost, please reach out to us via email. We will try to ensure your Pehchān pieces find their way to you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
All orders are final and cannot be cancelled. If you need to make a change or replace an item in your order, please email us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once your order has shipped, no changes can be made.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is a defect or issue with your item, please reach out to us via email within 1 day of receiving your order with your order number and photos, and we will make it right!
How and where are Pehchān products made?
Every Pehchān piece is designed with love from our studio in Canada and carefully crafted in India. We work with small, family-owned artisan partners who manufacture in small batches and limited runs using 100% natural cotton. Our textiles are hand-block printed using traditional wooden blocks with natural and low-impact dyes.
Why do my items have slight color or print variations?
Because our textiles are printed by hand using traditional wooden blocks and natural dyes, minor variations, subtle overlaps, or slight irregularities in color and pattern are natural characteristics of the craft. These details showcase the authentic, handmade process and make every single piece uniquely yours!
Are duties and taxes included for international orders?
International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your home country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected at delivery.
