Refund policy

At Pehchān, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade textiles. Because our products are handcrafted in small, seasonal batches and kept to strict hygiene standards, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges on items delivered in good condition.

However, if there is ever an issue with your order, we are always here to make it right!

Defective or Wrongly Delivered Items

If your item arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect or you received the wrong product:

  • Reporting Window: Please reach out to us via email at pehchandesignshop@gmail.com within 1 day of receiving your order. Please include your order number, transaction date, delivery address, and clear photos showing the issue.

  • Resolutions Offered: Upon review, we will gladly issue a full refund via store credit/gift card or send a replacement item (subject to product availability).

  • Return Condition: Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all packaging, tags, labels, and seals intact.

  • Response Time: Our customer care team will review your request and get back to you within 48 business hours.

Final Sale Items

All items purchased on sale, during clearance, or with a promotional discount are strictly final sale and are not eligible for store credit, returns, or replacements.

Non-Refundable Delivery Issues

Refunds or store credits will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer at checkout.

  • Failed delivery after 3 attempts by the shipping carrier.

  • Packages refused by the recipient upon delivery.

  • Unpaid Duty/Customs Fees: For international orders, if a customer refuses to pay country-mandated customs duties/taxes and fails to collect their parcel, Pehchān is not liable to issue a refund.

Policy Discretion & Disclaimer

Each return or replacement request is handled on a case-by-case basis, and Pehchān reserves the sole discretion to determine the final resolution. All prices and policies are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of any policy conflict, our Terms of Service will prevail.
